So I spent some of today painting and got very little actual worthwhile drawing in.. BUT I did however get these few diddies in.. Hopefully tomorrow spawns better stuff.... :) Gotta stay driven eh!

3 month evolution test!

So I wanna do this to see how much I can progress in 3 months... so Im going to try and post 2-3 pieces a day for the next 3 months... There is a guy on the drawing board that is doing 1001 sketches in 100 days and it got me inspired... I hope that everyone will let me know how I'm doing and I'll do my damndest to draw up a storm.. I'll post at the end of the night... until then .. Have a fun Day kids!

Rocketo Inspirations

So I was at the comic shop on thursday and finally picked up Frank Espinoza's book "Rocketo" and all I can say is Inspired and amazed.. I love that it's crazy different looking .. I've always been into more artsy feelling books.. Kabuki, the Maxx, books of that nature.. anyhow.. I started drawing yesterday at 1pm and here it is 4:45am Monday and I just finished and I am HELLA tired... So here are a few pieces that I liked enough to want to post.. Hope you enjoy!

Yeah dropped off my portfolio...

So I'm crossing my fingers! Be a rad friend and cross yours too, It's been a couple months since Ive worked so Im really rev'd up to get back.. I dropped my portfolio off at Nickelodeon today as I saw there were a couple shows looking for character designers.. gotta drop another off at Disney possibly next week. :) hope everyone is having a great week and have a fantasticc and safe weekend!

Redesigned Cow ...

This was originally for a design I did called cowbucks.. but then thought it funnier if the cow worked at Platypus's .. I dunno. I like this drawing better and all around the photoshop version feels more lively than the illustrator version.... which I suppose is usually true of most photoshop versus Illustrator things... Hope ya all enjoy!

Couple new from today

Just foolin around while I was updating my portfolio.. tryin to get back to work still but hammering out all the kinks in the folio... The last one I submitted feels old and lackluster... so Im pretty much revamping the whole thing... Hope all the recent stuff is up to par kids.. please let me know if you see places I can improve, all your comments are welcome and appreciated.
