Whats been goin on .. where have I been

So I found out that I didnt get the job at Cartoon Network yesterday, I had tested for a design position on "My Gym Partner is a Monkey"... I was bummed no doubt.. but they hired Mike Kunkle.. ( Herobear and the Kid and Lead Designer on Juniper Lee ) and when I heard that I was like.. Had I known they were looking at Mike .. I dunno if I would have requested a test.. All in all Im really glad I did, It pushed me to do better work and I think I have come steps ahead of where I was. I hope Mike has fun on the show, he's a great designer and someone I admire a lot!
So Im back to looking for work .. Hopefully something will come along sooner than later... Just thought Id let ya all know.. thanks for being supportive and great friends!!!!

Also had a session last weekend.. It was a good time. I had fun seeing everyone despite the morning hangover sunday LOL
Hope things are well with everyone.. I'll post some new stuff soon..

Just remember, new shows are getting made all the time, so persevere. It really is all about being in the right place at the right time--with the talent to back it up, which you have. So, it's only a matter of time.

Sorry to hear that, man! And I agree, losing it to Mike Kunkel is really not something to feel bad about...=)
Keep going, I'm sure you'll have better luck (than me, at least..) in the future!

Sorry we didn't make it to the sessions. I got last minute freelance work over the weekend.

Anyway, you'll find work again soon I'm sure. Just keep turning in that portfolio...
